A 26 years old PCB assembly factory with US$15M in annual sales. In 1984, they were the first outsourcing factory in China for IBM Japan. Due to changing market needs and business conditions, the management of Swenco Electronics would like to transform into the manufacturing of solar energy related products and approached ECube to be its consultant.
Within the 5 months engagement, ECube presented a complete business plan, setup face to face meetings with two solar technology companies in Silicon Valley and potential investors in Malaysia and Singapore.
