A serial entrepreneur, Kah Howe co-founded Simulation Training Consultancy Pte Ltd in 2003 which specializes in simulation-based experiential learning programs.

Quickly recognised since his university days for his expertise in simulation, he begins advising companies in their manufacturing processes. Applying his other passion in education, Simulation Training Consultancy was founded. Since its inception, Kah Howe has coached and facilitated hundreds of classes with total participants in the thousands in the area of strategic management, general management, accounting, corporate finance, marketing and entrepreneurship.

In facilitating Marketplaceā„¢, he has done so as an Assistant Lecturer (Main Lecturer) to three prestigious courses conducted by NTU, namely:

  • Nanyang Fellows Program unit named Entrepreneurship-in-Action. Nanyang Fellows Program is a graduate business education program launched by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Dr. Tony Tan that is modelled after MIT's Sloan Fellows Program
  • Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program, NTU, since 2006 (inception year). He was ranked the No. 1 lecturer for Batch 2008 / 2009. In other years, he is ranked at least 7th position or higher.
  • Entrepreneurship Minor, NTU, since 2004 (inception year). He was consistently ranked 3rd position or higher on an annual basis.

In 2009, he and a handful of successful entrepreneurs, angel investors started a venture incubation and consultancy company - ECube Global Pte Ltd.

Since incorporation, Ecube had turned around a PCB factory in Shen Zhen with US$15M in annual sales with 5 months and successfully incubated Project Victor, an oil and gas company whose products aims at a US$28B annual energy sector in Singapore.

KYKO is the third incubation project for Ecube Global. The fourth incubation company is an animation education company from United States.

He has angel funded in Project Victor, an auto grooming company in Bangkok and a TV setup box company in Beijing. The TV setup box company in Beijing had been co-invested by Lenovo and Cisco. He had held shares in trust for other fellow investees.
